The Ghost Bus Tours take no responsibility for items left on the bus. Personal items are carried at the owners risk and The Ghost Bus can take no responsibility for items damaged or lost.
Smoking, eating, and drinks other than bottled water are not permitted on the bus.
Our buses are classic 1960s Routemasters which are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
There are no toilets onboard the bus.
Some tours may include a stop for a short walk to a graveyard for about 15 to 20min minutes, where you are allowed the opportunity to disembark if you so choose. Leaving the bus at this point in the tour is not mandatory and is taken at your own risk. The Ghost Bus Tours take no responsibility for any injury or incident that occurs outside of our vehicles.
Please be aware that due to the nature of city traffic and road closures it may not always be possible to see every landmark advertised on the route. We will always try our best to warn customers if this is the case but it may not always be possible.
The Ghost Bus Tours reserves the right to refuse entry to intoxicated persons, and will not tolerate in any way abusive or threatening behaviour to staff. In such instances tickets will not be refunded.
Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before your tour time to ensure a prompt departure. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes (depending on traffic), and sets off from Edinburgh Lawnmarket, outside Deacon Brodies Tavern.
